Appointment Policy

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $50 fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Package deals and promotional pricing may have specific terms and conditions.

SMS Services and Messaging

Description of SMS Use Cases

CMLSPA uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients for the following purposes:

  • Appointment Confirmations: Confirming scheduled appointments and bookings

  • Appointment Reminders: Sending reminders 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment

  • Cancellation Notifications: Notifying you of any schedule changes or cancellations

  • Responses to Inquiries: Replying to questions submitted through contact forms

  • Service Updates: Communicating important updates about your scheduled services

  • Promotional Offers: Sharing special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions (marketing messages – opt-in required)

  • New Service Announcements: Informing you about new treatments and services (marketing messages – opt-in required)

  • Beauty Tips and Education: Sharing skincare and wellness tips (marketing messages – opt-in required)

  • Referral Program Updates: Communicating about referral rewards and friend discounts

How to Enroll in SMS Services

You can enroll in SMS services by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number and opting in when booking an appointment

  • Completing the contact form on our website and checking the SMS consent box

  • Submitting a referral form and opting in to SMS communications

  • Texting a keyword to our business phone number when prompted

  • Requesting SMS enrollment during an in-person visit

Types of Messages You'll Receive

Based on your consent preferences, you may receive:

  • Transactional Messages: Essential service-related messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, responses to your inquiries, and scheduling updates. These messages are necessary for providing our services and you must opt-in to receive them when booking appointments or contacting us.

  • Marketing Messages: Promotional offers, new service announcements, beauty tips, seasonal specials, and referral program information. These messages are optional and you can choose to opt-in or opt-out at any time without affecting your ability to receive transactional messages.

Message Frequency

  • Transactional Messages: Frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and service interactions. Typically, you will receive 1–3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, follow-up).

  • Marketing Messages: Up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. CMLSPA does not charge for sending text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for receiving messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

Consent Is Not Required for Purchase

You do not need to consent to receive marketing SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CMLSPA. However, transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations and reminders) are necessary to provide appointment services and require opt-in.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By opting in to receive SMS messages from CMLSPA, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Mobile carriers (such as Rogers, Bell, Telus, and others) are not responsible for the delivery, timing, or content of text messages sent by CMLSPA

  • Carriers are not liable for delays, failures, or errors in message transmission

  • Network conditions, outages, or technical issues may affect delivery

  • CMLSPA is not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier-related issues

  • The SMS service is provided “as-is”

  • You should not rely solely on SMS messages for time-sensitive appointment information

If you do not receive expected confirmations or reminders, please contact us directly at +1 778-752-5826 or CustomerService@cmlspa.com to confirm your appointment details.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use our SMS services and book appointments online. By opting in, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • You have authority to provide SMS consent

  • You own or are authorized to use the phone number provided

Minors (Under 18)

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before:

  • Booking appointments

  • Opting in to SMS communications

  • Providing personal information

  • Receiving any treatments

Parents or guardians must accompany minors to appointments and are responsible for consent and medical disclosures. For questions about services for minors, contact +1 778-752-5826.

SMS Opt-Out Instructions

How to Stop Receiving Text Messages

You can opt-out at any time by:

1. Reply STOP
Reply STOP to any message from CMLSPA. You will receive a final confirmation message.

2. Reply HELP
Reply HELP to receive SMS service and support information.

What Happens When You Opt-Out

  • You will no longer receive SMS messages

  • Opt-out applies to both transactional and marketing messages

  • Appointments remain active

  • Communication may continue via email or phone

You may opt back in by:

  • Completing a new SMS opt-in form

  • Requesting enrollment during an in-person visit
